That’s right! We now have the ability to give at First Assembly Community Ministries through texting!
Check out the simple steps below and recognize when you give like this, it doesn’t charge your phone bill, but it goes against a card you already have on file through Secure Give, our online giving platform. Below are the steps:
Step 1 – Enter (866) 428-1277 in your text messaging app’s “To:” field (*Standard text messaging rates apply).
Step 2 – Type one of the following to designate your gift: Tithe, Missions, Building, or General followed by the dollar amount of your gift (for example: “missions 5” or “tithe 100”).
Step 3 – Respond to the prompt you receive in response to your initial text:
- If you have an account set up in SecureGive and a credit/debit card saved in your profile, you will be asked to confirm your gift by replying with “Y.”
- If you do not have an account set up in SecureGive or you do not have a credit/debit card saved in your profile, you will be given a link to set those two items up.
Step 4 – You will then receive a text confirming that the transaction was successful and you will receive an email confirmation as well.
